The Goldman Sachs Neurodiversity Hiring Initiative
The Goldman Sachs Neurodiversity Hiring Initiative is a paid internship program for people who identify as neurodivergent. We partner with Specialisterne, a non-profit organization that focuses on integrating neurodiverse people into the workplace, to help us shape an effective program for all phases – from helping to identify and source candidates to training and preparing them for Goldman Sachs internships.
Participating Offices: New York, Dallas, and Salt Lake City
Accepted applicants will:
- Participate in a variety of virtual assessment activities developed, designed, and delivered by our partner, Specialisterne
- Be invited to participate in an 8-9-week paid internship program with opportunity to convert to full time employment if selected to move forward.
- As an internship program participant, you will:
- Hear from senior leaders, NHI program graduates and other professionals on their experience at the firm
- Receive coaching and mentorship throughout the internship
- Explore a new area of expertise and continue to develop interpersonal skills such as cross functional collaboration, public speaking and presenting group work.
Eligibility: Applicants should identify as neurodivergent and have a Bachelor’s Degree; work experience is not required. For the 2026 program, the assessment stage will be held virtually with the internship being in-person.
