SHARE Center at Yale

The Yale Sexual Harassment and Assault Response & Education (SHARE) Center provides confidential support, information, advocacy, and education for members of the Yale community who have experienced sexual misconduct, relationship violence, stalking, or other forms of interpersonal violence.

SHARE is a confidential resource where students can receive emotional support, discuss available options, learn about campus and community resources, and make informed decisions without being required to file a formal report.

How SHARE Can Help

The SHARE Center offers confidential services designed to support students’ safety, well-being, and recovery. These services include:

  • Prevention education and outreach programs

Students may contact SHARE whether an incident occurred recently or in the past, regardless of whether they choose to make a formal report.

Confidential Support

Conversations with SHARE advocates are confidential and are not shared with the university for disciplinary purposes, except in limited circumstances required by law or when there is an immediate safety concern.
