The University Registrar’s Office/Poorvu Center DEIB Committee and Disability Alliance at Yale (DAY) are proud to present UNLOCKING ACCESS, a one-day conference on disability designed specifically for Yale staff members. This event will include special guests from Human Resources, Optum, and CoSign CT, among others, to contribute to the conversation. Snacks, coffee, and lunch included!

The primary goals of this conference are three-fold: first, to help staff with disabilities navigate their Yale experience; second, to help staff members who do not identify as having a disability better understand how they can best support their colleagues who do; and third, to fight the continuing stigma associated with these identities, and work toward normalizing diverse bodies and minds in our community.

The event schedule can be found on the registration link and on this PDF link. Please RSVP by end of day, Thursday, April 25th.
